Lost my Lifetime-Account

Last time I was able to start the game via Steam --> Star Trek Launcher and it worked.

But after I activated Neverwinter (beta) with the same E-Mail he missmatches the account data, and suddenly I only have Star Trek without my chars / and lifetime --> lost it all.

The support is not reacting - so, any idea what to do?

Keep trying until they get back to you. Perfect World Support is garbage.

I am a lifetime subber as well so I feel your pain. I have heard if this happening, namely in this thread:

Reading through that is a host of nightmares but the good news your account is still there, it has to be corrected by a gm though it sounds. My last ticket took nearly 3 weeks for them to get back to me on so I would recommend not only hitting them up on support but also pm the staff on the forums, hit them on Facebook, and Twitter. Keep pestering them because you deserve prompt service when you shell out that kind of money.

Pwi maybe have tons of tickets with not enough game masters to answer them. I guess thats what you get with free game service

Sounds to me, the lack of swift reply is due to things changing over to steam. when you have to link accounts up, things get messy. I lost all my stuff when Sword 2 changed from gamer's first to fun something or other. Give the Admins time to sort through it all. you may not be the only person with this issue. Believe it or not, there are actually very few people who voice their problems. most just stop playing and fine something else to play

so til now, no changes :-( still no reaction from my mails...
luckily, it wasn`t to much of a favorite, so the loss doesn`t hurt so far.
But I still would like it back
