No Room at the Inn
I've never been refused access to an online multi-player before! "The servers are full"
Also every time I change locations its patch after patch after patch.
Not exactly wher the bold want to go before, during, or after.

PLUS I was then 125th in line! It's like talking to your local electric company!

One of the devs who seem to make daily appearences now lol, said the game this season(what they call expansions) is larger than they expected and they expected alot of players. The games f2p model is attracting new blood to an older title, a startrek fan or not the games kinda fun and growing. I don't have a life-sub but i'm guessing they have no or a very short "que check" than pop right into game. I'm gold atm(monthly sub) so it's short, says there's a que than I am like # out of 700 or w/e but hardly stays long enough to read literally like 2-3 second screen flash.

All free to play games have login queues. The queues in STO are actually really stupidly short. I played CrimeCraft when it was released on Steam and it had a login queue 24/7. On weekends the queue would be tens of thousands of players long. You seriously had to wait over an hour in line sometimes before you could play the game.

I even subbed for a month just to get preferential access and I still had to wait in a queue behind the other subscribed players. The subscriber queue was usually around 1 or 2 hundred.

So 125 in line isn't a big deal at all.

Well, I MUST say, that problem has gone away completely; yes, sometimes I lose the server, but I play for "free" meaning I buy what I want but don't subscribe, so I guess they've worked on it. Plus, this is the first MMO for me, so it takes some getting used to.

It depends a lot on your location - I've only every had to queue after a major update.
