Invalid Code for Steam Starter Pack - STO
I have not used Steam before.

I wanted to try the Steamrunner Escort, so I purchased the Steam Starter Pack yesterday.
I got the code, entered it into STO and got "invalid code."

I have since installed Steam.
Downloaded STO (again) through Steam and still can't find where to claim my pack.

I have submitted support tickets to Perfect World and to Steam. So far, only PWE has tried to help - to no avail.

I have steam. I have STO in my games list on Steam. Can anyone help me retrieve my Starter Pack? Please!?

Go to the STO or perfect world website and go to my account. From there you press redeem key an enter your code.

When you have done that, you can find your steamrunner in the bundle section of the C-store. It should be a gold coin on your mini map.

Can't say for sure because I wasn't there when they made the switch from atari to perfect world.

Alright, you can try another option by going to mange game guard or subscriptions and somewhere in there, you can find a redeem legacy key. If that doesn't work, I can't really say for sure and you may have to file a ticket. Though after the perfect world switch, you should be able to access my account thats at the top of the screen when you log in to the website.

For Future reference, if anyone has the same trouble.

Go to this link and enter the cd code on your steam game mine was a 7 digit code. Other links required a differant type of code so I got an invalid code error also.

Then when you log in to the game, go to the C Store icon on your mini-map and find the Services tab. Under the services tab there is an option to claim the Steam Starter Pack.

Voila you are done.

That link is no longer valid. The 'supposed' equivalent link is:

But the code says invalid.
