Buying zen using steam wallet funds

Ok people i added £50 to my steam wallet so i could buy some stuff and i want to use some of it to get some zen but every time i try i click the amount in game then click buy it says waiting for steam to respond to your previous request then after some time it just says cancled by you but i have not cancled it anyone else had this problem and know th solution

I never had that problem, i DO have an important Tip for u.

If u want zen, buy it from the official site if u can, u get more Zen for your money!

when in doubt reboot everything and start again. I have never had any issues processing zen though steam

I've had this exact problem several times. Only way i have found to get around it is to restart steam and restart the game.... then cross your fingers :-)

Yes I have had this issue. My problem was that awhile ago I had turned off the Steam Community In-game stuff since it was interfering with some of my games. Turning it back on allowed me to complete the transaction. If you have done the same thing then try these steps.

1. Click on Steam at the top next to View.

2. Click on the In-game tab

3. Put a check in the Enable Steam Community In-game box then click ok.

4. Log back into STO and try to buy zen with steam wallet again.

I will just put it up there, if u can buy the Zen from the STO site it self! u get more Zen than trough the steam wallet!!

I paid by paypal and it didn't get credited to ZEN. Waste of time, I filed a dispute claim and now my account is banned! Grrrrrrrrr Trying to resolve their mess.

first off when you buy zen it doesnt go to your wallet....some of you need to stop making up stories. you get like 5 warnings and boxes telling you what you are doing along the process. So this isnt some mystery.

WHat happens is you get a box that pops up from steam to continue your transaction...you then have to choose which money you want to add to your steam wallet witht he very top selection being an amount with tax to complete the transaction. After that you must select the pay for it stuff then select if you will complete your transaction. By not doing some of these things the transaction will be canceled.

Again every box tell you this...so its not some mystery or error.

If you are buying from them direct you dont even have a steam option....thats becasue you are doing it through their website....processing that way entails allowing them to authorize the transaction....and they will tell you that some of those vendors dont instaly give you zen.
PayPal i find is very fast....unles syou dont have a validated paypal account in which case you might have reached your transfer limit.

Dude, I know this. But it went to my wallet, I was suprised. I think the steam wallet was down after I made the transaction because It redirected me to th PW site. I have always bought from the steam wallet and never had a issue, this time it went to my steam wallet.
