Seems to have forgot my account and support hasn't gotten back to me.
I recently decided to start playing after a few month hiatus and had problems, I guess with the account linking, and lost my file. I contacted the perfect world customer support and it has been now almost a week (sent the message may 18). I'm wondering if maybe they are backed up and what time I should expect to wait for an answer from them or if my account is gone forever?

I would try to contact the person again and check up on progress. With the new expansion out im sure their staff are booked with problems and such.
