how you play the game doesnt matter, its how you pay for it that does.

as long as you login using the same account you get what you pay for even on the Steam version.

no you dont.

the preorder bonuses will only last untill the 21st on the legacy pack.
if steam dont sell it then i wont be able to get the extra titles and nemesis costume.
think you dont really know what this is :)

Steam doesnt sell those options if you mean the Steam Wallet thing, only way you can get them is by buying them from the STO website.

On the startrek website the preorder bonuses will still be available after launch they not taking it down so if you dont pre order you can still buy the legacy etc they not stoping them at launch

Considering you cannot purchase lifetime subscriptions or buy months of gold member status through steam, I doubt it.

I haven't seen an official statement one way or the other.. but I wouldn't hold my breath. A shame, really, as you said their other payment options are just.. not very comforting. Ultimately, it's their loss.

Any offer for STO through Steam will be in the form of it's own Perk Pack DLC. Currantly the Steamrunner pack is fantastic for starting players on the Federation side. Any direct offers for STO that are not specific to Steam, will only be offered through the main site and cash shop. So I would say No.

sucks i cannot get legacy pack couse paypal and skrill is banned in my country :(

SteamDB seems to think the legacy pack will be added to steam.

if it is then all packs ought to be available. however it will all be available at the in game store in no time. That operates in conjunction with the steam payment system just fine in regard to buying Zen points.

Lets get one thing perfectly straight okay?

STO was based in the US, as such US payment options were going to out weigh those from other countries.

Is it PWI's fault that certain countries have payment choice problems? No its not. thats just how things are. if you want to complain to someone complain to paypal for not having payment choices for your country.

theres no point in whining about something that you cant change.

Although heres a thought..

Make friends with someone in the US/CA or another country that can use paypal or whatever method, become trustworthy with that person and that person with you. have that person login to your account and buy what you want for you and then you can pay them back in whatever manner possible.

There are some honorable and trustworthy people out there, you just have to find em.

Mind you this isnt the best idea, but as some of you sound desperate enough im sure you'll think of something.

its just a thought..
