any one who has problem to log in to the game - STO ??

What ever I do I get crypticerror handel error and then reboot my computer to try again. But I have no idea why been not able to log in to the game. and this problem is the first in 3 weeks long time for me to play the game. any idea why I can't play any more ????

im having teh same login issue i cant get in no matter what i do i know my account name n pass word just keeps crashing upon login and giving me the crpticerror what do i do and how do i verify my files ? Help plz

I'm having issues with the "Cryptic Launcher Autoupdate". It says unable to establish connection, yet I can do everything else on the internet. What's goin on????

Apparently they know that this game doesn't let certain people play (no small amount of them either) but that's ok with them as the tech support responses are things like: call your isp, turn off your router for 10min (LOL), turn off your firewall, use a proxy, run a VPN etc.

Same thing for me. I get the Cryptic Launcher Autoupdate mini box and then it says that I've lost connection. Just started today, it was fine yesterday.
