hay am i being thick? i want to start playing as a romulan, but i only seem to have the option to create a klingon or federation charachter as before?

The Romulan expansion isnt out until May 21st

Its still comming ... you should be glad that the dev's found the time for it because you guy's(not all but many) are just people who can write : DO THIS DO THAT , but dont know how much work it is to even add a single ship into the game (playable ... non playable is rather easy as we saw with the wells class that just pooped up out of nowere) and the romulans will get at least 10 if not 15 ships at launch
