Many problems

Loved the game so far. im trying to get into the lore, but before i go through the work i need to see if i can fix this multitude of issues im having. i cant seem to choose my instance. i select 9, it sends me to 15, and so forth. also the game shuts down my router. no ther games, not tf2, not dawn of war, not eve, nor even l4d2, only star trek. my whole house loses internet, and it gets old really fast wit hall these problems. i cant even play with my bro.

Not being able to go to X instance can be due to the instance becoming full while your character is in-transit. I have that happen to me in STO, CO and NW. It is especially prevalent in social hubs or newly released zones and events.

As for STO killing your entire network - I remember players having issues with that with certain brands and older routers not able to sustain the amount of ports STO needs open to function.

Have you tried using the M (map) then at the bottom change instance and pick an area with low or light personages in it?

yeah, it still seems to just throw me around but i figure there are other areas that i might not have a problem getting into a zone in. otherwise the disconnects are the worst of it.
