Assignment Chains ???

Ok, assignment chain, Caitan Diaspora. completed 2 of 10. step 3, Supply Caitan Research station. A check of the wiki says i need some resplciators and comms (which i have) and to be in regulas Sector. Why for the love of god can i not get this to pop up as an assignment under duty officers? I've put this aside since i got it like 3 weeks ago because i couldnt get it to start. What am i doing wrong???

Lol this is late. Hope you've figured it out before now. For anyone looking now, you must speak to your Operations officer. You can do this through the department heads tab in your duty tab.

yeah lots of good chains from ds9 to and through every sector to zenas expanse . you have to click on all of your officers , ops eng med sci tac . to find the chains . get free liberated borg , gul tain , tons and tons of good stuff in those sectors.
