Is the update just slow or totally stopped? Perhaps servers are busy?

slow as in the percentage was not moving yet it was still downloading. restarted patch with newer settings for them and worked from there.

@IDisOrder - If you have nothing relevant to the issue beyond a troll comment. Please don't waste other peoples and yours time making it.

When my STO patch stopped every single time in 72%, it stopped patching and started over.
So, I checked the game data in Steam and it founded 11 errors in files. I fixed them and it did almost same thing: patch started over always in 68%. I fixed them again and now I'm playing STO like normally.
