Help! I'm stuck!

I was proceeding with the episode mission "Trapped", when, after scanning the third debris field, I got sucked into some kind of subspace distortion/anomaly thing. The mission says I need to contact a Hirogen vessel nearby, but, due to some idiotic glitch, I can't. If I log out then back in, I remain stuck in the anomaly. I've tried everything from diverting full power to the engines to dropping mines in the hope one will blow me (or those damned Hirogen) up. Help!

do you got 12k ? if so you shoul be able to get another mision in the foundry mabey and fast travel out or you could join a pve que thouse should bring you out after you finish a mission theree

This is a common glitch. I have gotten stuck in it so much I now just skip the mission. First thing as suggested is drop the mission, and log off the toon then wait a while. Another is to request GM help then drop it and log.

The easiest way is to queue up for a PvE event (as suggested), like Starbase 24, a STF (if you are at the right level), or Gorn minefield. Sadly because it doesn't affect Cryptic's bottom line they will never fix it. There are still bugs in the game from back when it was in beta.

I got it fixed, guys, but thanks anyways. I just logged out, waited an hour, and came back in sector space. I simply restarted the mission and completed it.

Oh, and Mentok, it's a really fun mission. I'd advise trying it again :)

Oh, I've managed to play it a few times. But the last time I tried it, six attempts later I still couldn't move maps. I got the hint to move on :)
