Games graphics are all messed up.

When i installed STO it was at normal setting and looked funny, When i went and put it in high setting i still get the same blurry crap.. and ideas on how to fix it?

try the aspect ratio options fixed it for me

Were you getting your peoples faces all messed up too? Casue mine are either blue or black...and sometimes they flash. Also recently characters eyes have been lighting up. Any ideas?
