Quantum Phase Weapons?

For purposes of items that increase Phaser Damage, are the Quantum Phase weapons from the Sunrise mission considered to be Phasers?

pardon the rudeness of some people, Yes the quantum phased set is phaser / quantum damage componets. If you had the opprotunity to play the prior event for the kobiyahi maru and get the prolonged class of phaser they actually augment the phaser dmg the longer you in combat only other thing i can suggest is looking into k13 fleet holding for a blue phaser equiv. Prolonged Engagement phasers only increase the damage of the prolonged engagement phasers, not phaser damage in general.

I was considering phasers to work with the Elite fleet ones that repair own shields as they damage

The elite phasers really don't repair much unless you have super high shield regen.

KDFs might since don't those improve crit chance or something? The fed elite phasers are sorta useless though.

You want the advanced fleet weapons, not the elite ones. Elite fleet weapons are worst.

The Elites are the last to unlock and only available for phasers last time I was in a lvl 65 fleet. Are you sure they're worse? I can't check as my fleet still lvl 61 and only has advanced at present
