How do you manage your inventory?

I'm still new at this game, but I just started a new game with:

Archery, Burglary, Artful Dodger, Perception, Tinkering, Alchemy, Rogue Scientist

I haven't cleared out the first floor yet and I already don't know what to do with everything I pick up. I must have unloaded a full inventory at Brax's already and I dumped a load of reagents in the Wizardlands.

If that's the way to do it, dumping stuff in the Wizardlands, then that seems tedious as hell.

The Pocket Dimension is wayyy less tedious then having to climb back up 4 floors to the stash you left for that one really rare crafting item you where saving.
