If you absolutely have to pick, then it doesn't matter which one. Realm of the Diggle Gods adds 5 extra levels at the end of the game, while the Wizardlands add optional levels throughout the game.
Realm of the Diggle Gods: http://www.gaslampgames.com/2011/12/15/realm-of-the-diggle-gods-released-for-dungeons-of-dredmor/
Conquest of the Wizardlands: http://www.gaslampgames.com/2012/08/01/conquest-of-the-wizardlands-launched-for-dungeons-of-dredmor/
It also adds encrusting (enchanting, basically) and arcane addresses which give you access to mini dungeon floors that almost always have an artifact at the end of them.
The Realm of the Diggle Gods just adds more floors and some new items/recipes.
Realm of the Diggle Gods also adds statues of said gods in the 11-15 levels, which give buffs when prayed to.
You should definitely see about picking them both up, but it doesn't really matter which one you get first :)
Encrusting sounds awesome, and I've yet to beat Dredmor with 10 levels, so I'll save RotDG for later.
Thanks guys.
