well i use win8 64bit and the game runs without any problems or crashes. but, well, win8 is not really different from win7 except that your start-button is gone and you might notice better performance - like me :D - depending on your components.
in fact, i never met a game that worked on win7 but not on win8 so i think there is nothing to worry about : )

It's work just fine under Win8, but protection from 'blast' dosn't work properly :(
