Are there any mods that make the inventory screens easier to use?

Also are there any mods that show weapons and armor when they are equiped?

The changing the appearance thing is something which has been requested many times before, and it's not going to happen (neither by mod nor by DLC). Maybe DoD 2 will have that abillity.

I don't think there's any way of easily changing the UI via a mod. What I do is create separate piles of related items in my pocket dimension, so powders go in one pile, gems in another, ingots and ores in another, I have one for items I want to sell, another for items I want to turn into Lutefisk (if I don't yet have a Lutefisk cube), and so on. Create your own system, whatever is most practical for yoru personal playstyle. Don't try to carry everything around with you everywhere, just keep the essentials (most required potion, food, just enough bolts and thrown weapons, etc.)
