On the library page, click on view achievements, then find the button for the global leaderboards. Yes, it's hidden on the achievements screen.

Just so you know, the leaderboards are kind of meaningless, partly because people cheat and scum, but also because the scores don't tell you how well you did in comparison to the challenge you faced.
Modded games also end up in the high-score list, I think. Those people didn't necesarely cheat, but did in a way invalidate their score somewhat (in comparison to people playing vanilla, at least).
The only thing that matters, as far as how well you did was:
1. What were your obstacles
2. How well did you overcome them.
3. Did you learn something from your experiences (successes and failures) that you will apply on your next game.

Whether you win or lose, that's what you should grade yourself on. This is a game where you can make things very easy on yourself, or very hard on yourself. It's sometimes more impressive if you died fighting a zoo on level 4 if you have random skills on going rogue, than if you defeated Dredmor on Elvishly Easy with an OP build. Or lets say you delay going down levels so that you can farm Wizardlands? You can get tremendously high scores, and it's also a way of farming artifacts if you know which wizardlands are the best. But any rogue-like afficionado would consider that scumming -- it's not quite cheating, but it's also not as fun to win that way as it would be to win more legitimately. And it does cheapen the score you get as a result, rendering it worthless.

Only you know how well you did. You know if you just got lucky or if the deck was stacked against you. You know if you handled a difficult situation brilliantly or if you fumbled at that key moment. Usually you know if you died when you actually should have lived (and sometimes vice versa).

So the score does not reflect anything important.
