Crash + lost save when going down a floor
IM randomly getting crashes whenever im trying to go down a floot, in this case from 2nd to 3rd with mods, but it also happens without such. I already did the whole "nuking steam cloud" thing, it slightly helped, im getting less crashes in overall, but im still loosing my saves. I already reinstalled the game and redownloaded the mods. The only add-on that I have is the free one. Anyone had the same issue and found a fix?

I think nuking the cloud is only truly effective if you have the syncing turned off, as well
navigate to C:\Users\######\Documents\Gaslamp Games\Dungeons of Dredmor\ and edit the config.xml file. In the fourth tag, change the 1 into a 0, and you're all set!

I have no guarantees that this will fix your crashes, but I'm confident you're downsizing the odds of having more save-games disappearing significantly.

Are you sure you didn't just forget to uncheck the Perma-Death option? As the name suggests, death is permanent, so no reloading a save after you die. This option is the default, so it will be checked every new build you start, unless you uncheck it yourself
