Cannot select costume pieces

I go to beastial, try to select a costume piece, but there is only one there. Robot Samurai or something like that. If I get random, I might eventually get the piece I'm looking for.. why can I not do it normally?

You might have the toggle checked that says to hide costume pieces that you don't own yet. Plus certain types of costumes only show up in combination with certain costume selections.. like you cant select mantles if you have an upper body overlay and you can't wear certain things as beastial or monstrous, etc.

I'm having this as well and I really need help. I click the bestial heads and none come up apart from feline and ape. The rest don't show up and it keeps reverting every head type etc to robot samuri. I cant access anything...I used to be able to customise my character into anything a year or two back...
