when i turn left or right

when i do that my fps drops to 2 from 90+ and its unplayable i dont know why have it on lowest settings and still does it. i should be able to run this game very easily

Getting the same thing, makes no difference what graphics settings I have it set to. Running on a 1080, i7-6600K and 32GB RAM, which shouldn't have this problem. Game is unplayable.
