not all of my dlc is appearing

i have purchased the the expansion pack and deck packs 2 and 3
but my decks from pack 2 are not showing up in the deck selection area
is there something i need to do to fix this?

There shouldn't be any extra steps you need to do. Click this link first and make sure it says you own deck pack 2: http://store.steampowered.com/app/208831/

it does say i already own this item
the rest of the dlc works fine
but not deck pack 2
