Do not buy this game
Tons of bugs, doesn't work with steam cloud, problems from 2011 and 2012 are still apparent in the game. It's a joke.

ive put 32 un-interupted hours in since i bought it on the daily this past week. I had a problem with the resolution but that was a easy tweak in the config. file. same with 2012. 2011 worked with out a hitch as well.

I don't have any technical problems but 2012 was a lot more fun.

it's not even the real game and some decks are completely useless unless you pay more. It's a scam don't buy it. I'm incredibly ♥♥♥♥ at these ♥♥♥♥ing thieves.

my main issue is that the game will lag in the middle of a match and becomes unrecoverable...I find it hard that none of you have had a stall. Also the game loves to force me to restart the game if I fail to connect to a certain player (no new games). If you go on the official Wizards forum, my points are well made and documented...yet they don't care but will keep making an annual release with these bugs in the net code.

You can get the interface to completely stop accepting input if you use mouse controls, just by zooming in on cards at the wrong time and stuff like that. It doesn't really handle all such cases and gets stuck. I didn't manage to do that with gamepad controls, which makes me think that their priority is not the PC crowd. If you can live with that, it's a nice game. Also, it's a lot cheaper than getting real cards and ending up addicted to opening boosters.

...really....I'll play my next game with my 360 pad then. Been playing since 2011 and I'm just fed up with the crap net code.

But yes it is better than getting addicted to opening boosters as my childhood recalls lol.

I can't say that I'm addicted to opening boosters. I just get them when playing drafts locally and besides that I look for good deals on e-bay. Real cards and the interaction between players is for the most part my motivation for playing Magic. Duels can be a nice laid back experience and great fun when you have a group of friends willing to throw it down with/vs you.

Yes it's alot cheaper than the real thing and for me personally the bugs have been a major problem before 2013 came out. They managed to improve the 2013 version, yes there are a few bugs. With no bugs and a sleak performing online interface the game would be worth 3 times the current price in my opinion.

I'm a PC user ;)
