Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013

Working well enough yet?
I've held off on buying this one as I've read it's riddled with problems, especially losing your decks.

Personally, my favorite part of the game is spending the time unlocking them all (have over 100 hours in on 2012) and I could care less if it becomes outdated as far as multiplay in a month. I can play IRL if I want to multiplay.

SO, long story short... have they fixed the disappearing cards bugs... that's really my MAJOR concern... I can live with other minor ones.

People still lose their saves due to cloud sync. The only way I know of to avoid that is to disable cloud sync.

but then don't you lose your save games (arcoss all games?)

I thought you had to have the cloud enabled to keep track of everyting.

Does anyone else have weird bugs with foil cards? Meaning foil texture not loading completely or looking weird (black spaces, only half of the card being foiled etc etc)

I had this bug at one point and it had to do with my video card drivers. Once I fixed them, I haven't had it again.

ok, thanks for your info. I will try reinstalling my video card drivers

No, you just won't be able to use the same save across multiple computers. Cloud saves basically just store data remotely instead of (or in addition to) locally on your hard drive, that way you can access it from other devices. If you're only playing your games from the same computer all the time then it won't matter if you turn off cloud sync.
