Can you still not modify the number of lands in a deck?

I bought this some time ago, prepurchasing it for the Serra's Avatar if I recall, and I enjoyed playing it for about 15 minutes until I decided to make a deck of my own. Now, I'm somewhat of a hardcore magic player and I found it incredibly stupid that you can't modify the number of lands; it was automatically set as a percentage or something of each deck. I literally uninstalled it on the spot.
It's something in my "pure ♥♥♥♥" category in my games list but I'm looking to give it another go if they fixed that major problem. Anybody know?

No, but they added that ability to the 2014 version, and will likely keep it for all future versions.

2014 had its own set of problems, though, not the least of which being the piss-poor balance.
