Advanced tutorial bugged? Ahrimans.

I am playing Kohan Ahrimans Gift and can not seem to get by the first advanced tutorial. It will not complete or go on to the next instruction after I build the village north of the zone of supply of the southern village. Anyone else have this occur?

ok figured it out. I had to go further than the zone of supply/population to the point where the tutor told me I was in a suitable location.
