KAG modding tools

So, the Kohan Awakenings site no longer has downloads available (http://kohan.chimaerica.com/). This used to be the source for the K-MOD toolset and other mods like the community patches, frontline specialists, and campaign mods. There's a notice on the site that the downloads section is down and unlikely to be fixed (since the notice is 6 months old, I believe it).

Does anyone know where to obtain K-MOD now?

Good news, from the homepage " I am in the process of creating a new site for The Awakening. Will take some time to move everything over, but it should be a better forum experience overall (working downloads, hurrah)."

Too bad these mod tools don't let you change technologies. I figured it would be nice to even have as a proper numbered patch to fix KIS technologies not affecting certain KAG units that they pretty much should. If you have all technologies, Slaan Champions actually outdo Slaanri Champions, which shouldn't be the case, right? Just an example. Is there any reasonably easy way of making this change?
