Got this game with all DLC but DLC not working.
The strange thing is that the day before all the additions worked, and today when connecting says that I can not go to some of the cards because I do not have such DLC.

Any solution ?

Ask Steam for the refund.

Use the flag on the DLC store pages to report them as broken to Valve, or they will never stop selling them.
