2. Multiplayer still works fine, I was playing with my friend the other day.

3. This game is drastically better than some of the garbage that's sold on Steam.

4. You don't own the game and clearly have no plan to buy it so perharps you should sod off to a part of the Steam forums where anything you have to say might actually be relevant.

Nothing will happen. TimeGate Studios died in 2013. It was a desease called "Aliens: Colonial Mariens". There will be no support for Section 8 anymore.

I still dont get it to be honest. Section 8 and Predjuce where great for what they where. How could they come up with something like A:CM.

Easy. Someone paid them alot of money for a game that already came out that SUCKED (Alien Vs Predator). Not much love for AVP from 90% of gamers. Developed by Sega, who went out of style awhile ago. So when Timegate tried to flesh out one of the only good thing in AVP, I knew it wouldnt work. Was such a sad day to hear TimeGate died out. We need to see if we can get some Youtubers to play this sometime and bring it back. SECTION 8 MUST LIVE!!!

TimeGate were brought into the production some time ago, when Gearbox didn't bothered anymore, because they had their cash cow Borderlands. From the "finished" product, you can see that the production was a rollercoaster thrill ride into a poo pipe.

oh yay, it's not a mp and you can still play online and offline, fine. but now servers are gone :

- therefore you don't gain any xp anymore

- therefore you don't level up

- therefore your char stays weak

- therefore you don't earn any new weapon/mods except one or two weaps from achievements (don't talk about offline stars it's not enough)

- therefore the game just stays all the same with most weapons and upgrades locked and best you can hope in multiplayer is that other players -if you ever happen to see some- aren't those high levels that you can't have enough bullets to kill where they 1 hit you with no problem

- therefore the community is made of some rare players. meet play with 10 players a day and you can consider yourself so lucky

- GFLW is gone too so you can't sign in so all of your progression is gone and you can't save anymore

Well every weapon is unlockable through achievements or offline bot matches which I play due no one on. And it has a 5 hour campaign. So all in all I don't mind it still being sold.

But the offline stars is how I got everything. Thanks to them, three out of every four matches I unlocked something. THe only thing you can't unlock are the sargeant or captain paldron whicha are shoulder pads for looks. I have every weapon mod and weapon just from playing offline.With the addition of Assault and Skrimish you don't even need to play every level on hard mode.

spaulders aren't just for look, they increase more points to spend and increase the amount of points you can spend in an upgrade.. it's way more powerful than weapons
