Not having some way to keep a game fun when the online community slows and dies is a HUGE issue for me buying games. Multiplayer only games? No thanks. I know what will eventually happen.

Totally agree if you don't have it already try Alien Rage. I found the single player very comaprable to this.

it not only "was" a good game it is a good game! it is sad that the online mode is going to die ... i can´t understand why this game is going to die ... but i think it must be possible to safe it, but how?

Well I think the main problem with section 8 is the marketing, I mean, the game isn't even close to be bad, it is really good but there never were many people playing it.

I know how you feel. It's got stuff to modify your suit to give you a semi unique playstyle, weapons to pick from, each with extreme pros and cons, dynamic missions randomly created mid-match. I can't name another game that does all these things quite so well.

I wish I could play this on Linux as I flushed windows down the toilet.

Section 8 Prejudice was a excellent game that gave me the Halo FPS experience I wanted but on PC in HD.

The name though was horrible, what were they thinking? And Windows Live? Seriously? Windows Live was the #1 thing that crashed the game for me.

If anyone knows of any Linux compatible FPS like S8P let me know. I know UT4 is coming out but who can say how soon.

I really miss this game, My friend and I had a blast playing this game. It seemed like when they released their DLC the game just died off... idk why I bought the DLC and it was fun. Really want someone to open up these servers again. I would get it again...
