Just purchased, After download the game will not start

I just purchased this game and was very excited to play it. However when I try to run it it just never starts. I thought it was a bad install so I deleted the local cache and installed again. Same issue. Game has the play button, you click it and it asks if you want to play the game or use the level editor, I choose the game and press ok and then nothing happens.

Apparently there are some issues with unique combination of OS configuration / hardware / Steam's DRM and what compiler was used to compile game's exe. The game has been on the market for ~2 years and we had at most 3 - 4 people contacting us with such issue. Currently, I am not sure whether it happens with binaries compiled with gcc (all of the binaries for the game have been compiled with gcc) or to MSVC compiled binaries too.

Small update - I just set new build live on Steam, it contains binaries recompiled with MSVC. Try it, see if it works.

It should be working now, I pished an update a few days ago and people had the same issue reported it solved.
