Cant even launch

[There's a Glock in my Sock]

when i try to launch it it says "error reading from file C:\Steam\steamapps\\common\Capsized\Dependencies\xnaf31_redist.msi. Vertify that the file exists and that you can access it."
It is there and i dont know what to do it wont work
