FYI, all of the Combo-Rush events can also be played like that - and in fact they are what replaces "Free Style" events for more advanced players. They do not force (only 'encourage') players to keep their combo by playing quicker, but it's not a mandatory requirement.

Wait O.o ... are u saying that combo multipliers dont effect the score ?
Combos affect the score very much but you can still do well with just pulling stunts. In later levels, however, if you want to get massive views, you will HAVE to do lots of combos. You will have to beat the Combo timer :)
Just saying that for my brain type some more freestyle would rock :).
