OMFG this game is freakin hard...
how the hell are you supposed to beat this on normal? when you do not get experimentals in the first two maps..at least so far, that is where i am at. I am WTf, the enemy order has a freakin scarib and you dont get squat.....i mean wtf...air sup. fighters and flak only fo so far... i nearly punch my monitor when playing on normal...

you should have a look at some of the guides in the guide section, most likely you do not expand and focus too much on static defence, do not properly upgrade your mexes etc
have a look at a guide

I am gonna guess you are talking about campaign and if so I suggest not completing the first objective without building experimentals. if you are not talking about campaign look at what sheppard said.

The Forged Alliance campaign assumes you played the original Supreme Commander so it starts off a lot more harsh compared to the original for new players. When I got started in SupCom I didn't play the campaign anyway, I just kept playing skirmishes against bots to learn what to build and what each unit does. Play each side in at least a few skirmishes and play the one you feel is best for you. Watch online videos of matches, read guides, try finding any kind of primer if you feel it will help but actually playing plenty will make you get better.
