This app redownloads EVERY time I switch Steam Profiles. 4GB each time

No matter what I do, if I swith profiles on my Steam account, on the same computer, and go back to my main profile... this PC Gamer app automatically re-downloads every time. I have a LOT of content gamewise, but this is the ONLY app that redownloads when I swap steam accounts and back.

Should I just delete this app? I think PC Gamer has stopped supporting it anyway. I haven't seen a monthly update in over 4 or 5 or more months now. ?

tell me what you find out. I think it is moreso the episodic content ( I.E. PC Gamer Issues 1 through 7) The DLC that keeps reloading rather than the app itself, so if you don't own the PC Gamer DLC magazine's it may not do it. I have all the episodes, and every time I switch Steam profiles on the same computer, when I swap back to this profile, it seems to wipe out the content of my PC Gamer installed DLC, and forces a new install of all the DLC. I am removing the app, as I think PC Gamer has abandoned us on digital content releases anyway. They have not put out a new digital issue in months. You cannot pick and choose what you want installed either in Steam, so I am giving PC Gamer an F, advising people not to buy it due to them possibly not ever supporting it again, and uninstalling it.
