Bought a laptop with one of those graphics cards & 15" monitor for a customer--the games installed played well at native res (sorry but don't remember the res now). Only played CS & strategy games though. Hope this helps!

since my laptop with a 650mplays games vwery nicely for what it is. i would say yes. as yours would get simalar frames. you wont beable to run the very modern games above low if at all
