This was released this past Februrary for the PC, so why was it never offered through Steam?

Thanks to Kaos, here is the save file that includes the DLC.

Because this would mean that the Anarchy Content is already included in the steam version, its just not activated. If this is the case it shouldnt be that hard to activate the content by editing some inis or manipulate game files.
I would buy the dlc but because there is no way to buy it, at least on the pc version, I will have to obtain it in another way.

It's work as long it screated by a CE and at the very beginning of the game when you are in the kind of metallic thing with the door that open after sometime.

Its just a savegame, just need to find someone who can do it.

You know when you start a game, you are in a splace place where a door open after sometime.

In short, when you select new game and as soon as the game is loaded.
Im not sure how to explain.

But well just start a new game for EACH difficulty levels and then backup the save and upload all of them,

Save are located in

C:\Users\(your user name)\Saved Games\id Software\Rage\base\savegame

Might be slightly different depending on OS, but that should give you a general place to start.

Sorry I did not respond. I was logged in through web browser and unlike steam client you don't subscribe to a thread automatically.
I will do those saves on EACH difficulty and post links in this topic.
I own every single dlc RAGE has ever had, so just one day guys.
I'm on win7 so the this is the path to save files.

I had Anarchy Pack from pre-order then me like MANY OTHERS got a refund. loaded old save with CE and it was working.

As for your save, gonna reinstall it.

You are given the choice of armor later in the game. You don't get that super armor at start.
