Game crashes nearly every map transition?
Hi,

ny gane tends to crash on every map transition barring dream/hub to story levels. The trip back to HQ from the story/side mission seems to be what crashes it, though it sometimes crashes going into a mission.

How do I fix this please?

First I would recommend you to verify: Through the Steam interface, right click on E.Y.E and choose properties.
Under the Local Files tab, you’ll find Verify Integrity of Game Cache.

If it still crashes try to lower your graphic options and/or disable in the game option the ultraviolence (it can save a lot of resources and so make the game more stable on some configs).

Could you also tell me what is your config (CPU, Ram, Graphic Card, OS: 32 or 64 bits)?

same problem crashes when loading next map
failed to lock vertex buffer in CMeshDX8::LockVertexBuffer

cpu - amd x6 1055t
gpu - amd 6950
4 gb ram
windows 7 32-bit
already tried ultraviolence and multi-core

Does it happen each time or randomly after 2 or 3 maps?

crashes while loading first mission from HQ and between the transfer part in the first mission
it must save before it crashes because i end up in the next area once i reload
