I would need more details.

Do you mean your game crashes just few minutes after you start playing or after the launch of the game?

What are your computer specs?

Do you ever manage to run the game more than few minutes in the past?

Do you try to verify the integrity of game Cache? First you should try this option. So right click on EYE through the Steam interface and select properties. Go to the local files tab and click on Verify Integrity of Game Cache.

I am also having a problem. I've verified the cache, even deleted everything and reinstalled the game. I was able to play it fine the first couple times on this machine and now it won't load after the initial startup screen. It says, "Awaiting Drone Connection..." on the loading screen and promptly crashes to desktop. The faulting module path is /eye/client.dll.
Besides the initial 3-4 hours I played at first, I can now never manage to load into the menu let alone the game itself.

Specs:
Intel i7 3770k OC to 4120Mhz
Geforce 560 GTX
16GB DDR3 2300
OS - Win7 x64.

I solved my problem, for now. I deleted the registry keys EYE made and reinstalled the game. I hope it doesn't happen again.
