Few questions.

1.What the ♥♥♥♥ is going on? well i mean what happens if say you killed yourr master what happens to missions? or what happens when you accidently kill a team mate they attack you how do you stop em.

2.Is it possible to manually save because if i go wrong i want to be able to go back.

you can restart anytime and any mission from menu, don't be afraid to choose different answers. experience, money, research progress... these things always stays when you die or disconnect, so no, you can't save manually anywhere.

Your Mentor actually doesn't exist, so you technically can't kill him, nor die yourself. =P It's VERY VERY Complicated.
