Anomaly: WE Startup Error?

When I launch the game, everything lags for a split second and Steam reconizes that I am playing a game and changes my avatar background green to show that the user is playing a game. After a handful of seconds, it turns back blue and the game doesn't show any physical evidence of even launching.

Anybody else get this problem?

Game run smoothly here! Try these things, might and I hope help you:

- Restart Steam.
- Delete config file at C:\Users\User Name\Documents\Anomaly Warzone Earth.
- Update DirectX.
- Update your GPU driver.
- Redownload the game after removing it.
