Hexen 2 need help trough installation, please

Hello to all!

Today i buy Hexen2 on steam. when i finish install, game is or poor graphic, or lagging. fraps say it is 4 FPS, and it is not playable 8 i may record a video if needed)
So i try in desperate all things like: UQE heXen II 1.13, or hammer of tyrion, other nosteam installations, follow all instructions, reinstall 10 times, delete files , instal Gl and no gl, portal of praveous and loot of stuff.. And same result...
my system is Win 8.1, 3core athlon, 4Gb RAM, dirx10 Graph..
Maybe is too poor graphic card to play old game converted and adjusted to new PC?
Btw, i remember game work fine when i play it on celeron 133, win 98 before alllmost 20 years?
Any suggestion? Here is to much advices, oportunity and dont know what choose

problem is in texture mode, if i use point, game is normal, since i switch in bilinear or better, start lagin like in video....
