HELP!
For some reason, when I get shot or attacked my game lags. And I have everything on Ultra except Anti-Aliasing and Vsyc. And my game runs fine, except for then I get hit.

I had the same problem back in 2005 - and the reason for that was my crappy pc rig :)
No, but for real, just try to turn down the other graphic settings and see what happens

It's not as bad, since I made my resoulution a widescreen. (1280 by 720). But it first started happening and I turned everything down lower, and it didnt do anything.
