Absolute HD mod fps

I recently downloaded the absolute hd mod and it looks f****** awesome. But there's one problem... the frame rate is absolute s***. I tried lowering the resolution, lowering texture quality, reading guides, and even using a game boosting softwear called razor game booster, but none of these worked. Can someone tell me how I can get better frame rate WITHOUT making the game look like a 50 year old dog turd?

make sure you turn off screen efects ,ssao etc ...

there is sickmode tollbar button on main screen of absolute hd doom 3 (you can chanche lot of things)

and other than that there is video advanced options in clasic game options

try set dof ssao shadows bloom hdr off

oh yah, there is still one problem (Nothing to do with fps) I can't pick up ammo even when the sikkmod option says the ammo pick up option is automatic, and when its manual (I have the interact key on e) I press the interact button on it but it still doesn't pick up. (._______.)

i dunno. maybe bug (try restart game/mod)

in this version u have to restart the game when you change ingame mechanincs
btw if u have only 31 fps with this mod, you have weak pc :D, try to upgrade :P

its a lap top 64 bit windows 8 so how do I do that (and also all of my drivers are up to date all I need is a 16 or 32 gb ram card and and a faster processor)

whats the mod called? could you tell me a good website with mods for this game? if not could you give me links to all the good mods??
