EASY FIX for not starting after resolution change!

If you are like me and increased the resolution on the game only to find out it would no longer launch, here is the fast and easy fix I discovered!

Just delete the "wolfconfig.cfg" file and re-start the game. Here is how....

1. Go to your STEAM folder, --> Steam Apps, --> Common, then --> Return to Castle Wolfenstein -> go into the folder called MAIN and find the config file named "wolfconfig.cfg" then just DELETE THIS FILE! Re-start the game and it will work!

NOTE: If you made this change on the multiplayer you need to delete the "wolfconfig_mp.cfg" file instead.

UPDATE:
For some reason the game would NOT launch from the Desktop shortcut that was created when I installed the game. I went to the game folder and created a shortcut from "WolfSP.exe" and it launched.

No idea. Could be it's an old game? Not sure. Make sure you don't have "sync every frame" on and see if that works.

Should be under settings, video or graphics options down at the bottom of the list I believe.

None of the above worked for me unfortunately. Game will not run after latest Windows update. Error message stated it was something to do with the resolution.
