help idk whats going on

i dont know what to do every time i try to ride a runner my game crashes. idk why thats hppning but i want to fix it otherwise i cant play the game

Right-click on Borderlands in your Library window, go down to properties, to the Local Files tab, and click on Verify Integrity of Cache (or whatever it's called.) If it consistently crashes with the runner then you may be missing a file, and this will find it for you. Hope it works.

Hmm. I don't know what it could be. Does it crash every single time you try to get in a runner, no matter what?

I don't know very much with this, so I'm at my limit, sorry bro :/
You could try looking up support with Gearbox or something, although I'm not too sure about that.
