Retail Gold Edition not installing DLC
I got a copy of Civ 5 Gold Edition and none of the DLC is showing up, I already have Gods and Kings and Mongols, Genghis Khan. That's all that's showing up for me for DLC. I would really like to be able to play with all the DLC.

Unlike ohter DLC games on Steam, nothing extras shows up in your games list.

Boot the game. In the main menuscreen click on the button called 'dlc' and manage which DLC's you want to activate/deactivate.

I've tried that but only Gods and Kings and Mongols, Genghis Khan show up in there.
