How do I suppose to change display language?

Still, game support like 10 languages (include Chinese), however I ca't find it..... no Chinese, no Spanish, no Japanese,

The Linux, Mac and SteamOS version of Civ V supports only five languages: English, French, Italian, German and Spanish, while the Windows version supports also Polish, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Traditional Chinese in addition to those five.
