BNW Double Resources
I'm playing BNW and Autocracy no longer gives the double resources perk. I was playing as the japanese and i got the perk again somehow but i can't remember how. Is it now research or a policy?

Autocracy is now an Ideology. One of the tenets is called Third Alternative, which is a Level 2 Tenet. It provides +5 Food and +5 Science in the Capital, as well as doubling Strategic Resource quantity.
